By using Keepli, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
Keepli is built on a privacy-first foundation. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is strictly required to operate the app.
We collect the following categories of information to provide the Keepli experience.

We do not collect your precise GPS location, microphone audio, or camera roll unless you explicitly initiate a document scan, in which case only the selected image is used.
We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve Keepli. Specifically:
Your data is never used to build an advertising profile, never shared with ad networks, and never used to target you with third-party marketing.
Keepli does not sell, rent, or trade any personal or health information to third parties under any circumstances.
Keepli integrates with Apple HealthKit to read health and fitness data from your iPhone and Apple Watch. Accessing this data requires your explicit permission, which you can grant or revoke at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Keepli.
The specific health data types Keepli may read from Apple Health include: step count, walking and running distance, flights climbed, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen (SpO2), VO2 max, sleep analysis, active energy burned, basal energy burned, workouts, and body temperature. Keepli only reads the data types it actively displays in the Health & Vitals dashboard.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong passcode on your device to protect your local data.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. Regardless of location, we honour the following for all Keepli users:

Keepli optionally integrates with third-party services. All connections require your explicit authorisation and can be revoked at any time in the app settings.
When you connect Google Drive, Keepli can access documents and files you explicitly choose to import. We access only the files you select — not your entire Drive. Google Drive access can be revoked in Google Account settings at any time.
When you initiate a document import from Gmail, Keepli reads only the specific emails you select. We do not scan your inbox in the background or retain email content beyond the import action.
These services are governed by their respective privacy policies (Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy). Keepli's use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Keepli is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@keepli.app and we will delete that information promptly.
Family Circle features are intended for use by adults managing their family's wellness, and are not intended for independent use by children.
